Your Way Singles Network is has been established in recognition of the broad range of characteristics and objectives existing within the enormous Singles population.  Our goal is to contribute to the growth and achievements of Singles, whether the target is improving results in dating or excelling in your career.  We do this through our coaching programs as well as our efforts related to advancements within the industry at large.

Your Way Coach Carol (Soares) – author of Singles Guide to Greatness-brings passion and dedication to the personal and professional life strategy services provided by Your Way Singles Network and Greatness Alliance. The former Director of Clinical Services for a non-profit organization leads the international company utilizing her expertise in peak individual potential program delivery and expert-building business models.

Carol, a trained Relationship Coach and Registered Social Worker, worked for 15 years in a number of different capacities, counseling and inspiring a diverse scope of individuals. Her present programs, she says, “Encourages people to move beyond the internal and external expectations and limitations that often accompanies the path taken in the course of one’s life.” Carol believes that prosperity begins with a state of mind and that inner wealth is often the basis for all other possible forms of wealth. Her mission is to guide people to discover and harness their natural power and inner vision that can be translated into high levels of success.

Adhering to the same principles that she conveys to others, Your Way Coach Carol continues to be a perpetual learner following the premise that personal development is a life-long process with no conclusion. She integrates this acquired information, education and her own personal life experience to establish a comprehensive and innovative approach to the products and services available to Singles. So while the world wonders who the 91 million Singles are, Coach Carol is actively working towards finding out and offering resources that suit their needs accordingly.
