Consider willpower as your inner self-discipline guide showing you the way to pursue activities directed towards your goal-your little “nudging tool” when your choices are many. It is common for singles on track for leadership to set long and short term goals only to be met by one challenge after another. The result can be that singles may find themselves too tired and frustrated to fight for what they really want and accept defeat over their obstacle.  The solution is when you heighten your commitment, establish progress checks and acknowledgments and learn to use your willpower, there’s no such thing as problems that take you off your chosen path ahead.

Experts say that willpower by description is a burst of power to push you when you experience obstruction. It is a feeling or energy source powerful enough to move mountains if you want to. When utilized the right way, it can get singles to wherever you want. Willpower can be likened to a concentrated, gathered force to make an effort that is otherwise difficult to do. Use your willpower to improve yourself as a person. Employ strategies to prolong the fuel of your willpower, such as planning your activities to correspond with what feeds your internal drive.

While willpower can offer a burst of gathered energy, singles can integrate its ongoing benefits until it becomes an unconscious pattern of living that works discretely until you reach your target. Single leaders will notice that willpower eventually develops a sustained momentum that helps to put the objective in sight. Seeing your efforts leading towards achievement will often support ongoing activity. Remember, along with willpower comes discipline and self-control. When these work hand-in-hand, singles can expect to succeed at moving ahead as leaders in anything that is desired. Are you able to exercise willpower to reach your greatest leadership potential?

If singles let fear takeover your mind, your great potential and leadership abilities will be dramatically affected. Even if you believe that you possess all the things you need in life, when you exist from a place of negativity and anticipating the worst, then you’ll meet dead ends in your growth at each step along the way. By developing a “success mindset”, you invite all positivity on your side and you’re one step closer in achieving your higher goals that have been determined and are well deserved by you. You need to be the one who directs your scope of possibilities.

Your mindset is one of the primary elements that will determine your capacity to succeed. When success drives you, you feel confident that you can do it—no questions asked. Self-confidence exudes power and mastery—a power you can use to lead your way to the highest potential. A “success mindset” encourages progress and productive activity.

Leaders share that their mindset also recognizes that failure (or a stumbling block) is something that can’t be avoided. It’s a given fact—only, they see them as a learning tool.  Singles who want to lead to great outcomes learn from mistakes and move on to the next task—no permanent harm done; that’s how it’s supposed to be.  During the month of August think about how you can assume a more substantial leadership role in your life and in your various settings. It all starts with believing that your gifts and goals are worthy!

Your Best is Yet to Come! Believe it, shout it and accept nothing less.

So many singles (like everyone) get stuck in a state of just living.  The challenge of life and future aspirations has been neatly tucked away to a place where it is rarely visited or even remembered.  Although I am the first one to emphasize that soloists need to recognize all that they have achieved, I still think that a healthy perspective includes a desire and vision for consistent growth.  Your body, mind and spirit can never reach its final potential while you remain on this earth. There is always more to learn and new potentials to discover.

What will you do today to uncover and step towards your personal and professional best? Pick up a new book? Join a new club? Apply for a new position? Develop your business plan? Work on your communication skills for social events? Establish new financial targets? For some singles, the answer to moving towards your best could be very easy to identify.  For others, your potential treasure might be a bit deeper in the archives. It is worth the mission. Your best is a lifetime goal worthy of your attention.

Questioning What You Have- It`s Not Always Easy

Excerpt from Online Social Rhythm: Compose Your Platinum Social Network Platform

Unfortunately, we don’t always choose the right person for us even though the attraction
was strong at first. You might be in a relationship for a while before you realize that the
person you are with is the wrong person for you. Now what do you do? The big
question is whether or not you should walk away with the chance that you might be
alone or find someone who is less compatible than the person you walked away from.
This takes some honest soul-searching and only you can decide if you are in a
relationship for the wrong reasons or if your true rhythm is being inhibited.

Resiliency truly comes into question when you are faced with this situation. It takes a strong person to recognize that the relationship you are in is unsuitable for you or destructive in some way. Many couples will tell you that they have faced this crossroad at some point, however they realized that certain issues needed to be addressed and that the relationship overall was positive.  These are some of the questions that we all must ask at some point. Am I in the right relationship for me? Is this relationship inhibiting my growth and expression? Am I staying because I do not want to be alone?
